Along with Plant Manager, Ron Kamerad, and Production Coordinator, Todd Corbin, management and direction for the company is also provided by the ownership group. This group is comprised of local businessmen including John & Skip Homeier, Lee Schuster, and Mark Kolaz. Owners Charley Woods and Larry Sweat, both CPA's, help bring additional financial management to the business and owner, Bobby Foreman, adds the legal and contract expertise for the company as
