Data Entry 

This is the process of entering names and addresses into a file provided by the customer or by creating a new file for the customer. Criteria specified by a customer may be entered into a file and any information may be removed from the file. Names may also be deleted as well as having duplicates removed.

List Maintenance

We are able to generate complete lists or maintain existing lists within our database. Names may be added to or deleted from a file. With our software we are also capable of taking any duplicate names out of a file as well as selecting out particular records for a mailing.

What is CASS Certification?

Cass Certification software views and corrects addresses. This software can standardize, carrier route, zip + 4, and barcode your list to achieve maximum postal savings.

What is a Business Lists?

This will contain only businesses and no families or households. We are capable of accessing business lists for a customer based on the criteria provided.

What is a Residential List?

This list contains only households and families. You will not find any businesses within these selected lists. We are capable of accessing households within a particular area for a customers use.

What is a Specialty List? 

We are able to order lists based on the criteria supplied by the customer. Businesses or residential lists may be ordered within any specified area.

What is Ink Jet Addressing?

This is the process of labeling the piece of mail by spraying the address directly on the piece. With our Ink Jet we are capable of labeling various sized pieces quickly and efficiently.

What is Cheshire Labeling?

Cheshire labels are labels produced on roster paper. With our machines we are able to cut and paste the label to the piece of mail.

What is Metering/Stampmaster?

We are able to meter or place stamps on pieces at any rate.

What is Tabbing for Automation?

Automating allows the mail to be sorted in the delivery sequence order by barcodes. This allows the mail to be processed quickly and accurately. Mail that is folded will need to be tabbed in order to qualify. By automating mail you will receive postal discounts.

What is 1st & 3rd Class, Periodicals? 

First class mail will receive the first class postage rate. With our equipment we are able to apply stamps on the piece.  Mail that goes first class has priority and is delivered quickly. 

Third Class mail will go at a bulk rate. It will be processed with our software and sorted to allow for the best possible postal rates.  

Periodicals are mailings that go out at a specified time (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, etc.). This mail can be newsletters, updates, or any other informational piece that is sent on a regular basis.
